Sign up for BloomLibrary.org
When you sign up, an account is created. Then you can publish to the web.

You can go to the https://bloomlibrary.org/ and then sign up or sign in without opening Bloom.

Do these steps from Bloom:

Click the
Publish tab. -
Click
Web.Links appear on the right side of the pane.

Click SIGN IN OR SIGN UP TO BLOOMLIBRARY.ORG.
https://bloomlibrary.org/ opens in your browser.
The Sign In/Sign Up dialog box appears.

Do the steps to sign up for access the the Bloom Library.
You will receive an email. It gives you a link to confirm your email address.
