Open the Text Box Properties dialog box.
Then, do these steps to choose borders and background colors (white or gray) for the current text box:
Click the Borders & Background tab.
Click one of these Border Style options:
(no
border),
(black square corners) or
(black rounded corners),
(gray square corners) or
(gray rounded corners).
Unless
you clicked
(no border), click one or all of the Border
Sides options that puts the border or borders where you want
to see them.
means
there will not be any border on the top of the text box.
means that a border will appear at the top of the text box using the style
option set by Border Style.
Click
one of these Background options:
(no added background color) or
(gray background color).
Click outside of the dialog box to close it.
Click the end of the Change Layout control to hide the controls.
The text box can contain one, two or three languages. The border and background are applied to the entire text box, not to individual languages in the text box.
Unlike setting a style, this property is for the current text box only. It will persist if you use Duplicate Page. However, if you change it later in one of the pages, it will not change in any other pages.
